Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

Overview

Mobilewalla is a global, fast-growing consumer data and technology company, headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Mobilewalla is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who brings to the team strong account management skills that support sales and customer requirements.

The Senior Customer Success Manager role is a unique opportunity to build the sales support and sales operations function in Kolkata. In this role, you and your team will be responsible for providing the sales team relevant support to establish Mobilewalla as a critical data partner with enterprise-level clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team in all pre-sales activities such as responding to briefs, creating proposals with relevant Mobilewalla offering, and liaising with product team on proof of concepts, among others.
  • Communicate and manage deliverable across internal cross-functional teams, including Mobilewalla Sales Managers, Product Specialists, Data Scientists, and Executive teams.
  • Interface with clients, respond to customer queries and support the Sales team in up-selling.
  • Set-up a team of Customer Success managers.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience, preferably in Analytical roles
  • Strong ability to specify and manage technical changes to technical development teams
  • Knowledge about digital advertising is a plus
  • Able to work with remote teams, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fast learner and highly adaptable
  • Excellent comprehension and communication skills
  • Results-oriented and diligent
